Cam Boyd is the Managing Broker and co-owner of Prudential Steamboat Realty, offering 22 years of experience in all aspects of real estate. Stephanie Fairchild has been a Broker Associate with The Boyd Team since 2004. Amy Stonitsch is the Transaction Manager who coordinates the many details and intricacies involved with real estate transactions and listings. Amy guides all parties through the paperwork to ensure we are all on schedule.

Rory Clow is our full-time Marketing Director. In addition to managing all our advertising efforts, Rory brings her professional photography skills to our team.
